1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any MadLineWorks game or service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not play or use our services.
2. Accounts
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. License to Use
Subject to these Terms, MadLineWorks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play our games for personal, non-commercial and content use. We reserve the right to moderate in-game behavior and enforce these Terms at our discretion.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Hacking, cheating, or reverse-engineering our software.
- Harassing other players or engaging in hate speech.
- Using bots or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any illegal activity under applicable laws.
- Tampering with, modifying, or reverse-engineering our games or services without our explicit written consent.
5. Purchases & Refunds
Any in-game purchases are processed through your platform's store (e.g., Steam, Epic). Refunds are subject to that store's refund policies. We may, at our discretion, assist with refund inquiries but are not obligated to do so.
6. Intellectual Property
All game code, assets, names, and trademarks are the property of MadLineWorks and its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate any of our Policies.
8. Disclaimers
Our games and services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free gameplay.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MadLineWorks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our games or services. We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or third-party service outages.
10. Dispute Resolution / Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the laws of the jurisdiction in which MadLineWorks is established. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new Effective Date here and notify you in-game or via our Discord server.
