End User License Agreement
Effective Date: June 24, 2025
1. Grant of License
MadLineWorks grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the software for your own use, subject to this EULA.
2. Restrictions
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software, unless explicitly authorized in writing by MadLineWorks.
- You may not distribute, rent, or sublicense the software.
- Any attempt to circumvent technical protections is prohibited.
3. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights remain with MadLineWorks and its licensors.
4. Updates & Patches
We may provide updates, patches, or new features at our discretion. Your use of those updates is governed by this EULA.
5. Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the software.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. MadLineWorks disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will MadLineWorks be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MadLineWorks is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. End of Life & Offline Support
We believe you should remain free to enjoy our games/services however you please. If any online services or features reach their end of life, MadLineWorks will make reasonable efforts to support offline play, including providing patches, executables, or documentation where feasible. However, we cannot guarantee such support in all circumstances, particularly where third-party dependencies or unforeseen technical barriers exist.
